Right-of-Way Acquisition Workshop for Federal-Aid Projects

MoDOT is conducting a workshop to instruct Local Public Agencies regarding the federal rules and regulations for acquiring right of way. This workshop is intended for Local Public Agencies that have a project programmed in the FY 2024-2027 Transportation Improvement Program or for those who would like to learn more about the right of way acquisition process.
