East-West Gateway Council of Governments (EWG) is now accepting project applications for the Section 5310 Program.
Applications are due no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on October 9, 2020.
Application Materials
The Section 5310 Application Workbook provides information on the Section 5310 program and describes how to complete and submit your Section 5310 application. Sponsor information is required to download project applications. Click on the button below to download the project application forms.
All applications must be submitted electronically as a single PDF file to Section 5310 by the deadline above. Due to COVID-19, EWG offices are temporarily closed and staff will not be able to accept or review hard copy applications.
