East-West Gateway Council of Governments (EWG) is now accepting project applications for the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP). TAP funds are available to eligible Illinois and Missouri sponsors.
Applications are due no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on Friday, August 19, 2022.

The TAP Project Development Workbook provides information on TAP program requirements, how to complete and submit a TAP application, and the criteria used to score TAP projects. Project Development Workshop
EWG hosted a virtual project development workshop June 14, 2022 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. to clarify TAP program requirements, application procedures, project selection criteria, and program schedule. A recording of the workshop and the slideshow is available below.
Project Review Meetings
EWG staff will host several project review meetings in June and July. Sponsors will be able to sign up for a half hour time slot to receive feedback on your application from EWG staff. These meetings will be hosted on gotomeeting. Meetings will be held from 9 am to 12:10 pm on June 24, July 8, July 22, and July 29.
