Mississippi River Inspection
August 16, 2002

On invitation from Colonel C. Kevin Williams, East-West Gateway’s Water Resources Council attended an inspection, on August 16, 2002, of the Mississippi River between St. Louis, MO, and the Melvin Price Locks and Dam, on board the motor vessel Mississippi.
