Summary:
The purpose of these workshops was to present and get feedback on station area plans for current Metro South
MetroLink alternatives. This series of workshops addressed proposed concepts for station area design that
complement the neighborhoods and communities of the study area, and encourage new development and redevelopment
where appropriate.
The workshop activities were very interactive and encouraged public participation. Attendees had the opportunity
to view and discuss proposed station area plans, provide feedback, and suggest additional ideas and uses. In
addition, participants could post their comments on a large board for other’s to view, and/or complete a comment
form.
