Purpose: The purpose of these open houses was to present the evaluation results of the four preliminary MetroLink alternatives that were presented at the fall meetings, to get public input on the results, and to obtain public opinion on which criteria should be given special consideration as alternatives are developed for further detailed analysis.

Based on the evaluation results of the preliminary MetroLink alternatives and public input, the study team will identify and evaluate detailed MetroLink alternatives and other transit improvements for further study. Also, half-day community workshops on station area planning will be conducted as part of the next steps during the winter and/or early spring. If you are interested in participating in one of these workshops, please let us know by sending an email to comments@metrosouthstudy.org, and include your contact information.
