- St. Louis County - Department of Revenue Real Estate Information System
- You can search St. Louis County real estate by locator ID, owner, address, or subdivision. The website lists ownership, acreage, land use code, assessment, and other
information for each property.
- City of St. Louis - Property Search
- You can search the sale list by address, usage, and lot size. Details that are available for each property include parcel ID, description (i.e. former service
station), and length of parcel front and side. There are color photographs of some properties.
- St. Charles County - Economic Development Center
- The website lists available sites and buildings by name, city, zip, and acreage.
When you click on a name, you can get additional details, such as nearest highway and zoning.
- General Services Administration (GSA)
- The GSA is the landlord and real estate agent for the federal government. In 1997, GSA launched the Brownfields Redevelopment Initiative to identify and redeploy
underutilized federal properties. With the GSA online mapping tool, you can find underutilized federal properties in the St. Louis region.
- Leadership Council Southwestern Illinois
- The website has information about Madison and St. Clair Counties as a location for business. There is a map and details about six major business parks.
- WebBRIMS
- Recipients of brownfields grants from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency have posted property information on this website.
Here you can access a report on property information, view maps and photos, and learn what assessment and remediation actions have been taken. As of March 2003, the website has information on only a few Missouri properties and no Illinois properties.
