Mississippi River Bridge at its Wednesday, January 31, 2007 meeting. The Expert Panel Report summarizes the findings of a national panel that met in St. Louis on January 8-9, 2007 to review issues related to the construction and financing of a new downtown Mississippi River Bridge. The Mississippi River Bridge: An Assessment of Alternatives analyzes the major bridge alternatives in terms of costs, benefits, and financing potential, and lays out a series of options for moving forward with the bridge project. Items Presented to the Expert Panel on January 8-9, 2007
On Monday, January 8, 2007, and Tuesday, January 9, 2007 East-West Gateway convened a panel of national experts to review and discuss issues affecting progress on building a new Mississippi River Bridge. These experts are from various fields, but collectively have hundreds of years experience in planning, financing and building large projects.
